Podium has a robust anti-bribery and corruption policy in place and compliance is mandatory for all employees, board members, and any other persons connected to Podium such as suppliers and contractors.
The Board has appointed the Finance and Business Operations Director as the Anti-Bribery Compliance Officer who has overall responsibility for compliance with the policy including the UK Bribery Act 2010. This includes the implementation of anti-bribery measures and the investigation of alleged bribery.
Podium has processes for the acceptance and giving of gifts and all gifts received or given in excess of £250 are recorded in a register of gifts which is reviewed annually by the audit committee.
Podium has processes in place for reporting breaches or suspected breaches with this policy, including the ability for employees to anonymously report breaches or suspected breaches.
No employee, director or officer of Podium has ever committed or been investigated for an offence under the UK Bribery Act 2010, or equivalent anti-bribery and corruption laws.
