Whistleblowing

Podium’s Board-approved whistleblowing policy provides detailed instructions to employees on how to blow the whistle if they are concerned about any activity they witness or are aware of. Employees are encouraged to raise any concerns with their line manager in the first instance.

If the whistleblower wishes to remain anonymous, then Podium facilitates this through an outsourced HR consultant, or by facilitating the submission of anonymous concerns via our intranet. Safeguarding concerns are made directly to Podium’s Designated Safeguarding Officer.

All whistleblowing reports are handled by the Finance and Business Operations Director and are reported to both the CEO and a designated Whistleblowing Trustee. Action is then taken in line with the whistleblowing policy.
