Youth focus for a lifetime of sport

Our focus is on young people aged 11–18. These early years are where habits are formed and first injuries are sustained, shaping our overall health and wellbeing throughout our life.

Minimising the likelihood and the impact of sports injury in these years will have a hugely positive effect on the health of young people as they grow, enabling participation in the sports and activities they love for years to come.
