On 13th November 2024, the Podium Analytics team attended the annual UK IT Industry Awards. These national awards are a celebration of the organisations, teams, projects, technologies and individuals who are working to help shape the future of IT, the industry and digital society. 

Podium made the shortlist from over two hundred and sixty entries in two categories. Within each category there was a total of four companies shortlisted with one winner and one highly commended nominee. Companies such as Deloitte, HMRC, Howden and the Bank of England made the shortlist.

Tameena Hussain, our Infrastructure and Security Manager, won highly commended in the Security Professional of the Year category. This award is given to an IT professional who has demonstrated exceptional commitment and achievement in the area of security, and through their quality and professionalism stands out in their organisation.

Podium Analytics also were awarded with highly commended in Charity (Third Sector) Project of the Year for the SportSmart programme. This is awarded to a 'not for profit' sector organisation for the most outstanding project in the charitable sector – including charities, non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and not-for-profit organisations outside of the public sector – who are using IT to benefit the organisation or its clients.
