Harriet has over 13 years of experience in Brand and Marketing strategy, having delivered strategic and transformative branding programmes to an eclectic portfolio of clients including Volkswagen Group, Balfour Beatty, Lockton UK, Severn Trent and Team GB / The British Olympic Association, during her time at award-winning creative agency, rbl. In 2012, she was part of the team who delivered the Our Greatest Team campaign for Team GB at the London Games.
Before Podium, Harriet was the Brand and Marketing Director for World Sailing, where she drove the development and implementation of the Governing Body’s rename and rebrand across a complex brand, event and governance architecture, helped to establish World Sailing as a pioneering Olympic leader in eSports (creating the programme from scratch), and played an integral role in commercial programme delivery for partners including Hempel, SAP and Rolex.
Harriet joined Podium in 2020. Since January 2024, Harriet supports Podium on a consulting contract basis.
