James joined Podium in 2023, bringing with him over 20 years’ experience in Finance. He is CIMA qualified. Following a successful 16-year career in Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank, James took the decision to pivot his career into the world of sports – where his passion lies. He completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Sports Business and Innovation at Loughborough University London, where he achieved Distinction. James joined Podium Analytics from his role at GB Snowsports, where he was Head of Finance and Operations.

Like most of the team, James is a sport fanatic – particularly football, cricket and skiing!
