A fondness for spreadsheets, data, and Arsenal football club brought Simeon to Podium Analytics towards the end of 2025. He brings with him over 20 years’ of experience driving efficiency, optimising processes, and delivering data-driven insights to support organisational growth. 

Known for his analytical approach and collaborative leadership style, he has worked closely with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business objectives, most recently within his post at University College London whilst managing the HR, Estates and Facilities and Finance departments for the Faculty of Laws.

During his downtime, Simeon enjoys tormenting his two young daughters with bad piano playing and Christmas cracker-worthy dad jokes.
