Stephen is a founding member of Podium, joining as COO in 2019, he has over 8 years brand strategy and marketing experience working across a broad spectrum of business including; FMCG, retail, automotive, charity, tech & fashion brands, creating a range of highly successful, award winning through the line campaigns including the IPA's Grand Prix for Effectiveness and a Cannes Lions Grand Prix.
He joined Podium from the global advertising agency BBH where he worked across a number of high-profile accounts including Prostate Cancer UK, Tesco, Audi, The Guardian, Virgin Media and Western Union.
