Toby joined Podium Analytics as QA Analyst following two successful summers interning with the team.

Toby holds a First-Class intercalated Masters of Engineering degree in Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London, where modules included Computational Neuroscience, Image and Digital Biosignal Processing, and Medical Device Entrepreneurship. His final-year research project focused on the privacy of synthetic ECG data against membership inference attacks, successfully evaluating the risks associated with publishing synthetic time-series data, whilst displaying the potential use cases of implementing machine learning in the healthcare sector.

Toby is also a passionate sportsman – he has competed at national level at swimming since age 10, and notably led his school team to the national final in 2019.
