  • “We are really pleased to be working with Podium Analytics; the partnership has been really rewarding and allowed us to gain a real insight in the sports injuries data that we wouldn’t have had prior to this. There is a deep synergy between Podium and ourselves in terms of ethos and social drive to better young people, in terms of health, sports and mental health. We are thrilled to be working with Podium and hope this partnership continues.”

  • Sport at City Academy Norwich

  • Our vision is for every pupil at City Academy Norwich to understand how to lead a healthy, active lifestyle and to be inspired to lead a healthy, happy and successful life beyond school.

We focus on improving both the physical and mental health & wellbeing of our young people with some innovative strategies and offer a comprehensive range of activities, interventions, and pursuits on offer that support inclusivity.

We are absolutely committed to keeping young people safe here at City Academy Norwich, both within PE and in all aspects of their life.  We are excited to be part of this cutting-edge program that will not only make our young people safer when playing sport but also young people across the world in future.

In 2020 we achieved the AfPE Quality Mark with Distinction, which is the benchmark for high quality PE across the country.  With exceptional facilities and an excellent range of teaching staff, the PE department is an exciting place for students to come to be inspired to be physically active for life.

  • “We are thrilled to have be given the opportunity to work in partnership with Podium Analytics and the work that they are undertaking to reduce the incidence and long-term impact of injury in sport is closely linked to our continued improvement as a sports department and comprehensive Academy.”
